We are investors we don't care that much when the rig comes. We have time and we can wait. The only thing we care is if the hydrocarbons down there or not. That is the ultimate question for us. IMO, they are there.

I can imagine some people are slowly buying at these price levels for accumulating more. So, they may not want to the rig mobilisation to happen very soon. Therefore they would be very nervous about an anns. for rig mobilisation at any time soon. Fair enough.

However the speculation always happens before the event happens. Then the sell orders pour in when the anns. comes out. I don't think not much time for the speculators. We are at the bottom now.
