Was asking for you estimation based on the research you have done. I see no point asking the company when they have not even mentioned if they have made progress on securing a rig.
As an investor, the timeframe to get back to drilling is very important to me. Cash burn does not stop whilst we wait for a drill. The faster we get a drill in the ground, the less time we spend waiting around paying admin bills.
