Chutton When drilling starts , probably next week or so, it will take some time to get definitive results. Share prices will firm as various events unfold. Look for thickness of coal seam and good gas readings, but then the process will slow down because water needs to be pumped out of well zone and eventually an open hole gas test to test productivity. This whole process could take several months but given the area of the wells already holds a good thick coal seam that is known to be gaseous from the nearbywells drilled back in the 60's, the risk is very low.
I agree with AV's analysis. These CBM wells will get runs on the board allowing them to finance development from a position of strength.
