    I know a ANN would be good, However if you were in sensitive discussions with a PF, you may want to just slip this type of information out subtly rather than via a big ASX ANN.

    Could be MEO just letting the PF know that things will move ahead with or without them.

    Also I am not sure if all MEO holders hearts would hold out if another 'no news' ANN was made.

    All good signs things are close i recon.
