rig mobilisation - penny drop!

The penny dropped this morning! This is speculation not fact, however I strongly suspect that by the time we see an announcement regarding mobilisation of the elephant rig it will already have arrived onsite.

This makes perfect sense from a threat management perspective. Warn no-one, get the rig undocked and transported then establish appropriate security around the site. No funny business, no fuss.

If they plan to drill in October/November time I expect these preparations will be *well* advanced.
