None of the Analysts asked that question, ie while they still have the rig with them instead of coming back in 2+ years or whenever FID happens.
I guess that's the inherent risk of what happened at KWest when they promised a lot & it failed badly. Can't expect a repeat, as they'll prefer to derisk things step by step (ie, get these appraisals out of the way, then sell down equity in Neon around FID, plan the Development wells & also share the costs for a new well at NWest or a deeper target if applicable. That would b my guess).
