I am led to believe the Senegalese Energy Minister visited the rig last week. He was shown around the rig and got to witness the DST operations...
He was very impressed and Cairn Energy were said to be looking forward to a very successful test...
All fits with the timeline, testing last week, finished over the weekend....
You don't take a minister to a rig unless you got something impressive to show him, and everything is progressing great!!
