No Wheels. None of us know. I speculate its onsite and working.. Others disagree. I see merits in both views. so hard to know. I do know the company said they would announce if there were hold ups with the rig. They also told us it would be onsite early Feb. So im putting those separate pieces of info together and calling that its onsite! Could be wrong!
