Yes Feral totally valid however existing pipeline has seen better days (re AP) hard thing is to get the right of way with permits etc, this is the difficult component that is already in place as you state with an existing easementAs AP says get some pipe and weld it up and compared to here (Oz) its only just up the road. I reckon we'll need a bigger diameter!
