I think it will just go back to near where it was before the MD exit ann - property market is becoming white hot. Bought at 37.10 - plan to sell at $40, or if it stops rebounding. :-)
Will be a bit hard for the new MD to make hefty writedowns to make his life easier, as, even if you not unreasonably quibble with the valuation, operationally REA has been going very well. This is often a reason cited to sell upon change of guard anyway.
