marko2...there arnt enough shares to cap the share price.....very little issue...they need money rapidly so i guess it would be to sophisticated investors...which would be a plus....but i also looked at the nov 13 ann. which states results are due out in 2 weeks...we r at 2 weeks....i personally think that the results are in and they are significant......hence the trading halt...the company would not have suspended trading for capital raising.
