Was pretty illogical for the CEO to talk about $50M EBITDA in relation to $150M Plant & Equipment (i.e. Fitout Capex) when it nowhere near includes the full investment).
From an S1/M1 perspective it was ~$500M Capex for ~$100M EBIDTA.
They have also invested another $470M into:
QLD - $160M Capex
WA - $260M Capex
C1 - $50M Capex
Total = $470M
Don't even ask what they contribute. Though B1 did a good job albeit small fish.
