Hi Mick, bout to post in the same vein but didnt get round to it. GS is a serial optimist in his timelines- everything that transpires in this industry is SO subject to multiple forces beyond his control that spouting timelines is really a waste of time unless they are very loose. "before Dec" should have read "Q4 2012 or Q1 2013 for resource upgrades at Lance and Karoo so retail punters arent hanging out for "xmas presents" and then are disappointed when it doesnt happen. I have no doubt that PEN is moving inexorably to production and remains a LT buy in my book. Cheers ECK
