The important line for me from the ASX announcement of the 10th Dec states the following:

"The placement to PALA is in accordance with its right to maintain shareholding granted in the PALA-Peninsula shareholders agreement dated 16th December 2010".

Hence one can deduce that Blackrock would never have committed without a substantial reason to....and that same reason would have been reason for PALA exercising their right to take up more stock.

Guys, we can talk about the delays and lack of meeting timelines....which I agree, is TOTALLY unacceptable to me and if EVER given the vote again, I will vote my utmost disappointment with management meeting its own set timelines....HOWEVER, look at the clues people.

It is SO obvious that good news is falling into place at PEN....as those who already know, have elected to buy and buy more, and as usual, it is the market and the mum and dad muppets who are the last to know.
