When it does then uranium will become flavour of the month and investors will find PEN inching towards production and PEN should over perform relative to peers IMO. With Karoo the cherry on top.

Baring another Euro crisis, and US, Asian momentum should override that, PEN will shine IMO. Whether it happens gradually through 2013 or in a rush towards back end/2014 should not be a concern for LT holders.
