I just had a look at the new right issues. How come the total issued share has doubled but as a shareholder we are allow to get only one new share for 2 currently holding share? Shouldn't it be 1 new share for 1 holding share? Does it mean our share is still diluted by roughly 25% and the underwriter get the rest? Can someone help me to make sense of this?
