A lot is going on in the World right now and there is uncertainty about. This tends to hit the smaller end of town harder. I'll be looking to buy on dips if they eventuate, as I did in the low 80's not too long ago. Fundamentals are the driver here, and global economic situation needs to be factored in when evaluating the potential for sp appreciation. Many inputs for such a model, and not always accurate!
