I believe clause (a) along with about 40+ other clauses are standard issue.

But it certainly does highlight some of the Termination Events which I have never taken the time to read.

Interesting reading.
I am sure we wont have that problem.

I think the quarterley may suprise us on the upside otherwise there is 5 trading days inc 31st July alone after the quarterly is due to be released that the share price could trade below the issue price if the news is to negative.
