Unfortunately, the difference between the logical and the reality is usually poles apart.
I find its best not to try and get inside the heads of directors and management, as they often do the exact opposite of what SH and anyone else who has an opinion, think is the best forward path....
At least that way I'm less disappointed when they do stupid things.
