yes indeed PLM. If overseas listing is the case, then I think there wil be an incentive for the company to push up the SP in a relatively fast pace on the back of a series of major news release? Then there will be less dilution when listing overseas?
Also IMHO the key to a successful overseas listing is to gather overseas institutional support. And I sure hope they announce some major achievements (eg major sponsors & partners etc) in order to impress them. If the demand by overseas institutions exceeds the supply of shares listed on overseas exchange, then u all know what's gonna happen to MMZ shares listed on ASX.
A very good point indeed. I hope they have some professional presenters too.
