Good title - 'Right time'. IMO the SP is very undervalued and makes for good buying. Myself I am looking at buying more. When the announcement comes regarding oil production the SP will rise substantially. The SP has settled around hte 1.8c mark with little selling going on. This IMO is a good indication of the support. Lets see the announcement in April and watch the SP rise. Will it be a champagne moment, we will wait and see. IMO it is worth the wait. Long term at this price one can only prosper.
