No one is saying you have to turn off your phone .It will be your choice . my daughter for one will be turning hers off Because she is bottom the pile the first person who gets called for "emergency" night shift is her Tricky with kids and a baby without planning and sleep is disrupted enough as is If you want access to people outside of work hours then pay for it
