On the other hand Ralph is more amenable to getting a phone call at home and the boss asks him to come in a fix a problem. Ralph's pay packet will reflect the fact he got a healthy slice of O/T while Harry's pay packet stays at the award rate. Harry has a bitch about Ralph getting more money but Harry has to be reminded that he chose to stay uncontactable outside normal work times. It might even work out that a disturbance allowance is part of the sweetener enjoyed by Ralph.
