its a bad law and proves that the govt is intent on intruding in people lives to enact ridiculous legislation. every time these cretins meet they make new laws all of which are intended to intrude on peoples lives, take more freedom away and in many cases doing so just to make it look as tho they lead a meaningful life.
they are a pestilence and a pox on society.
why do we need a law for this? its just a simple matter of either turning your phone off or not answering. ffs whats wrong with people that they need a nanny to help them lead a life and make decisions for them.
