A superfund cannot borrow unless it is through a nonrecourse loan(such as warrants etc) so you would be breaking the law to put it in i would have thought.
Issues such as T2 T3 etc had that non recourse nature and were allowed.
Which brings me to an interesting point how many people put it in there superfunds. As they would lose their tax advantages
