it is interesting how they keep claiming that the IPO documents are binding on the investors ( even those who were not involved in the IPO ), but on the other hand the underwriting agreement is apparently not binding on the underwriters.

I suggest a few holders start writing to Rowe demanding that he prove that the underwriting agreement is still in force, before they part with their money.

I am only on the hook for 2k here ( and another 2k next year ), but I will not be happy if I actually pay up and then see the whole project collapse because the underwriter wriggles out of their obligation to pay.
