    but what if the shares have already been transferred, and have been registered.????

    what this needs, is a white knight, (or group of shareholders with funds), to stump up the cash, and through a "fall guy" (ie someone with no assets, so bankruptcy is not a concern) to stand in the market, at buy all the units available. maybe some eccentric billionaire, who might like to amuse himself!!! could be the white knight. on on market transfer would have to be seen as being dinki di. the only catch, might be that a full taleover bid would have to be launched, once a holder got to the relevant percentage (about 20% or whatever it is).

    interesting that the underwriters seemed to have started selling (and doing some trading) as soon as the stock was listed - but in the end, sold down comletely - well, that just goes to show that maquarie had no faith in the project
