is it a secret that things take time to happen?

is it a big stretch of the imagination that having a scumbag bonehead self server like Trump in as POTUS embolded someone like Putin?

is it a big stretch that since Trump created huge friction with China that Putin began to think, - 'well, in a conflict, China will have to choose sides and it now won't choose America after the Trump is in'?

is it a stretch that Putin saw the USA withdrawing support from NATO during the Trump term? and thinking - 'I can chance my arm a lot easier without America being a strong supporter'?

Trump did immeasurable damage to America and to it's destabilisation. He also damaged global stability.

If he ever became President again - it will be sheer luck that keeps the world from some sort of global tragedy.

The only service that Trump did the world is to show just how many dumb Americans there are and just how ridiculous, how right wing and how out of date the Republicans are and just how bad is the US political system.

The very people who run about the world trying to convince people to be like them ------------ one of their major political parties is prepared to have as it's contender for President a known criminal, who clearly was involved in an overthrow attempt of government to forcefully take power of the country

yet - tens of millions are prepared to vote for that trash and the major party is in love with him

that tells us what america is ------------ and for Australia, we should have nothing to do with it.
