It’s interesting that John Howard's nightmare has returned
with the return of Pauline Hanson’s One Nation which is taking
votes away from the coalition.
That is why the coalition long ago basically had to tackle One
Nation head on resulting in its disintegration. Now it has
returned on the back of a fear campaign against Muslims
and basically unless the govt can successfully undermine it,
the bleeding of primary votes from the coalition virtually
guarantees a Labor victory at the next election.
