I'm sure i heard that Alcon was going to be taken over by someone or had a offer just caught the end of the story on one of the business channels early in the week this may be the reason for the AOS deal not going through because if alcon were to be taken over it may well be a plus for Aos any way time will tell ,will do some research and if i find anything interesting i will post cheers
