    Why is IBAR are trading around the 18 c mark when they are being issued at $1.05 each.

    Also IBA seems to be drifting downward in price. Can someone give some comment on where it could stabilise.

    Do you think it will drift down to the $1.05 level of the rights issue. Should I wait till then to buy.
