Rights Entitlement Offer

Gents,

My understanding of the prospectus is this:

1. The opening date for us to accept the rights offer is Friday 31 Aug 2018.

2. The closing date for us to accept the rights offer is Wednesday 12 Sep 2018.

3. We will be sent a document with our details that outlines how many shares we are entitled to buy, etc. Where I get a bit confused is where they mention that the prospectus will be sent to shareholders on Friday 31 Aug 2018. This means that we cannot do anything before probably Wed 05 Sep 18 when we can reasonably expect to receive the prospectus. I was a bit confused with the term ''notice sent to shareholders on Monday 27 Aug 2018''. Initially, I thought it meant the additional shares entitlement letter was to be posted on Monday 27 Aug 18. Now, I believe it is only going to be posted on Friday 31 Aug 2018. Is this correct?

4. We cannot accept the rights entitlement offer before probably Wednesday 05 Sep 2018, accounting for the time the prospectus will take to get to us by post. So, I should not panic before then.

I will appreciate it if someone could confirm / correct the above please.

I was very surprised not to see any post from Freddy. This is unusual given all the hype since Friday.
