    you are wrong about the divi it is actually staying at 12 cents, as you know if was reduced from 28 cents, all the are doing is paying the same divi as last year to the same shareholders.

    They are a very sly bunch when we cold have got $2.15 from the other offer. They just want to keep the fees rolling in!
