If the SP keep drifting towards 13 cents, I doubt that any small investors want to buy. But BCI does not care since CR has been fully underwritten. Another opportunity for big sharks to control the company at lower cost. I suspect the real motives that moving record date to 20th instead of the date of CR being released.
