OK guys. I am new to this rights thing. I see on my Westpac Trading account
My portfolio has a new Code BCIR with same number of shares BCI which I originally purchased. the BCIR code is showing a share price of 0.025 cents.
What is the deal with the new code BCIR? I see that I can purchase shares at 0.025 cents if I want. BC IRON LIMITED RTS 04NOV (RIGHTS - APPLICATIONS CLOSE 11-NOV-2016) and it has a value of 0.025 cents. Can I purchase as much as I want or only up to my current share allotment.
This is very complicated and there is no where I can find a simple answer.
any HELP is appreciated. Sorry for appearing dumb.........but a dumb question is the one that was never asked!
