Not 100% sure, but my thoughts are you are allocated a 1:1 BCIR which is the right to buy more BCI with the CR. You can trade BCIR either to get rid of your rights.. or buy more rights from someone else.
Example: You own 100,000 BCI shares. You are allocated 100,000 BCIR. Which means you can buy 100,000 BCI shares at 0.13. If you buy more BCIR on the trading platform... eg. 50,000 more BCIR. You are now allowed to buy 150,000 BCI at 0.13.
^ This could be wrong, but this is my understanding.
