The BCIR... is the value of rights. Not the value of the share. It gives you the right to buy the 13 cent share. So in theory... if the share price is at 18cents... the rights value might be about 5cents. Due to it allowing you to buy the share at 13 cents. If the share prices goes to 13cents... the right value might go to 0 cents. If the share value goes to 30 cents.. the right value might be 17 cents.
