Don't disagree with you views, but after issue completed I would expect IPL to be trading higher than current price. As you said insto selling today with stock being replaced at $2.50, when this ends stock will bounce.
GPT recent issue at 60 cents saw a similiar situation, only for GPT to bounce after things settled down.
