"Mantle Mining Corporation Limited (ASX: MNM) advises that it has received valid applications from Shareholders for 17,957,559 Shares (and 17,957,559 attaching Options) pursuant to the Rights Issue announced to the ASX on 30 April 2013.
The Shares and Options will be allotted and holding statements despatched to Shareholders today.
The Issue is fully underwritten and the shortfall from the Issue will be placed in accordance with the terms of the underwriting agreement between the Company and the underwriter Cygnet Capital Pty Ltd."
