re: rights issue - mcneil's selling down MacMin have been looking for money for over a year now. The market won't support any capital raisings from this company for as long as the same arrangement exists at the top and their history remains as chequered and uneventful except for the fleas.

Well lets see the 'silver' lining now that the Golden Fleece was just that. The ASX is not particularly interested because it lacks the ability and the will to run the fine tooth comb over its own. It will only do so when the end comes. ASIC has a job but is unable to do it because it takes lawyers with little or no skills but a stint with 'big' firms on their CV's.

After a study of ASIC recently it appears that their creed remains a politically correct one with much back scratching and names who are ex's and thats it. They are primarily recruited from mid to large firms which means bugegr all for the investor. These cowboys are a reflection of the markets lower end as the markets lower end resembles ASIC on a good day.

Go on fellas catch the small businessman who has not paid his annual fees or the milk bar owner and jail him for not paying up his annuals either.

Traralgon must be a lonely place or the people who end up there lonelier still.
