re: rights issue - mcneil's selling down Now wouldn't YOU take advantage of the current share price if you were holding all those shares? All they've done is sell a load at the current share price, and take up the rights shares and options at the 14 cent price. Smart move, I call it. Obviously, if they didn't think the shares were going to be worth a whole lot more than the 14 cent price, they wouldn't have bought the rights issue - just sold.

I'd say there's nothing to be concerned about. I got my load of rights issue shares and options, and am quite happy with that decision.
