    Nothing like a straight forward CR hey. Sheeeeeesh. Wasn't under the impression we needed funding at this point in time. So after the RI and merger there will be approx 220mill shares on issue (not including options that are going to be issued to directors). Have participated in plenty of CR/RI but still trying to get my head around the timetable and intricacies of this one.
