Building sale is a plus, but, this looks like Prime has taken the opportunity to get a major stake very cheap
Domenic has blown this one - badly.
Market rumours are that it is time for him to move on - some irrelevant deals of late, and not enough focus on core business
now this
Oh well, on the bright side, at least we know that Prime vales this at 10c, so, anythign around there is ok (should arrets price slide any further, as deal is underwritten)
