The funniest thing about the whole announcement is that they "are pleased to announce" these results. What's next:
"The board is pleased to announce that the company has been declared bankrupt"
"The board is pleased to announce the success of China Rail in suing our sorry butts"
"The board is pleased to announce that they were all kicked in the nuts by a disgruntled shareholder"
