506M shares currently and now at least another 253M coming.
50M 5c options could be exercised before record date - leading to another 25M? If option holder was going to take up the 50M then why not 75M? Interesting to see how that plays out now.
So possibly 253M to 328M new shares? And around 12-16M$ assuming no shortfall. Should set PAB up well into 2015 and the relief of any urgency to do a deal will work in PAB's favour,
Shame for traders caught in PAB overnight. No dramas for long termers.
