    THe only thing that I could think of is news from Magma as they appently have results pending. Everything else will happen when they have cash.

    Cant see it not succeding the miniumum requirement with all management taking up and probobly a line of sophisticated investors as well (management buddies).

    Should all be good by the middle of the year.
