    I can't understand.

    The rights issue is at $0.01 and the share price is up 130% in one day to $0.024

    Can not understand.

    Buy 10,000 and get the rights at $0.01.
    The placement doubles the shares on issue and ARW has a 250K cash burn per month.

    Placements have only had about a 50% take up.

    Please do your own research.
