Unlikely to be a budget leak (though budget changes would be the catalyst for some major price movements) - as other biodiesel firms seem to have had a normal trading day.

Basically even though oil prices have come down, the prices should be at parity to when ARW first started building the plant (I think?). It's more the government legislative changes that messed things up.
