more dilution yes but a full uptake on the rights issue would be a positive endorsement for the company. I know it was a sizable dilution although if fully subscribed VCR will have approx 263 million shares on issue. Not terribly high. Any shortfall will be picked up by institutions.
I see that they have appointed a few more people to various posts around the world. They are recruiting people with exteptional expertise and knowledge.
