NTgeo - thanks for that info. I feel a little apprehensive with that situation in that sometime ago when there was a take-over offer the directors recommended that shareholders accept the offer however in the end the take-over did not occur. I think from memory the shares went to just over a dollar at the time. How do you read this in conjunction with what you have posted wherein the shares are 31.5% held by two people? Maybe I am becoming paranoid!
